01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AcePMInterviews (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
02. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this platform, including but not limited to interview questions, practice materials, frameworks, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of AcePMInterviews and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the content.
- You may not use any content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.
- The redistribution or publication of our proprietary question bank is strictly prohibited.
03. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform or other users.

AcePMInterviews is an educational platform. We provide tools for improvement but do not guarantee employment outcomes or successful interview results. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.
06. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
